It is important to me to make Yoga accessible to all. Yoga Alliance has completed a study regarding the cost and availability of yoga to all, there are now practitioners in 8 countries that are trying to bring yoga to people that have not had the opportunity to participate prior – SO EXCITING! This is very important to me. I believe Yoga should be in schools, community centers, parks and workplaces, so we all have the opportunity to check in with our body, mind and breath!
In order to honor all people, I try to keep my classes affordable for all. If you want to practice, but are having difficulties with cost, please email or call me and we can work something out!

Current Class Pricing
Both Thrive and SnoValley Senior Center offer the first class FREE. After that it is $10 per class, no membership or contract required. SnoValley Senior Center may have discounts available through your insurance. If you’re interested in learning more please email me evergreenyoga@hotmail.com.
